How was she credited, or was she credited at all. If she was credited did she use “Teena Marie” or her real name of Mary Frances Brockett?

Whoever would have guessed that this little child would grow up to be a complete Legend–people all over the world mourned her death-and she left us such greatness–the most beautiful music in the world–she was bigger & greater than all of them on that show.

What’s truly bizarre about this, is that Granny (Irene Ryan) and Teena both got signed to Motown. Teena wasn’t the first white chick to get signed: Granny beat her to it! Then Kiki Dee, then Teena, then Charlene, then Linda Carter.

The cartoon seem to fit perfectly with the story of hatfield vs McCoy thing, with rednecks on both sides shooting bullets at each other until the two houses blow up

FWIW, as kid, I saw the cartoon part back in the 69’s. It was originally a cartoon about the legendary feud between the Hatfield’s and McCoys in the Ozark mountains.
As the uploader said, “This was one of my very first attempts at manipulating film to music.”
In this case, the cartoon film originally had nothing at all to to do with “Yiddish Hillbillies” …
