the reason its fake is because more than anything else,
1. either the board will just snap under so much pressuer on both sides
2. his legs won’t stay rigid enough to propel him all the way up when the block comes down
That was fake, just like the ultimate slip and slide. But no doubt the world will be a few rednecks less because they will attempt it and not survive, lol.
Truly fake but truly funny. Physics won’t allow this to happen without killing the skydiver but hey…we all go to the movies for this kind of fantasy stuff, eh?
So I assumed that the man was about 1.7m tall, and that the height from which the thing was dropped was twice the distance between the feet of the man and the top of the screen when fully zoomed out.
With that estimate, the block was moving at just over 11 m/s when it hit the ground. If it was 2,000 kg, the momentum was just over 23k N.s. The force on the board would’ve been a multiple of 23k.
@SagaWrath It’s looks real, but the force of a 2 tonne stone coming down like that would break his legs. That is the use of common sense and deduction.
2 things guys. Firstly, if something fell like that, the force alone would break his legs, and shatter his knees. Also the board would break, possibly. I can’t accept this as being real.
@XbaWceHaWgX Hahahahaha “he has a parachute.” Stupidest statement ever. Being launched at a speed like that would put your heart in your fucking feet.

Anyone that tries to explain that this video is fake by pointing out a specific scene that doesn’t look real is a moron… How about use common sense?

If he had a much longer board with a good amount of flex, this would be possible. But as shown, he would have been hurting.

@XbaWceHaWgX really? I don’t mean the landing, I mean the launching, that sort of speed at that acceleration rate would smash you instantly.
