yes i m sick of it to it was the white who made usa, the horses by white, guns by whites, food by white, inventions by whites. on top of that whites came to amercia first thirty thousand years ago.

: Seems to me there were many white women and children killed by Indians as well, pal . That went both ways . Two wrongs do not create a right, but that is history and you won’t change it here on a Youtube video comment section . The majority of American Indians killed by the U.S. Calvary were full grown men, who wanted to fight and not just women & children. I’m part Cherokee, so get real here.

: You don’t need to explain yourself to anyone. I understand where you are coming from and you know where you are coming from, in regards to Col. Custer . Now let those others, who cry “racism”, now prove to everyone else , that it’s not they > themselves , who are the “racists”

  11. MrRJDB1969

: Really ? Well, hell, I’m both “white” (Irish, French, & German) & “red” (Cherokee) , but since you want to be a frickin’ racist ….ok …..”White Power” ! Now what happens stupid ?

  12. MrRJDB1969

: I’m White & Cherokee and extremely proud of who, what, and all that I am ! Question : Did you know that the American Indians came to America from Asia when the North American continent was connected to the Eurasian continent through a land bridge ? Have you ever heard of the Kennewick man : a 9300-year-old Caucasian skeleton in north america, who’s bones were determined to be older than any Indian bones found to date ? So, who should, as you put it, “get the fuck out” ?

  13. MrRJDB1969

: racism comes in ALL shades ! it’s time we all face the fact and stop pointing fingers at others, who are doing nothing different than what we all are.

  14. MrRJDB1969

: It’s worth looking in to actually.

My family had a member that served as a cannoneer for Custer. According to family lore Custer’s mistake was leaving his artillary behind as he wouldn’t need it against a few “redskin savages” and history was made. Don’t know how true that is never cared enough to look it up but thought it was a cool story and this song and your comment made me think of it.

    he wore an arrow shirt

Even the men of the 7th Cav did not think he was a great leader. On one occasion, they refused to follow him, too bad they didn’t refuse at the Little Big Horn. I believe his horse was the last standing, as far as he goes, no one really knows. He became a hero because of his wife, Libby, who hounded congress until I think they would have cannonized him to get rid of her. It is not called “Custer Memorial Battlefield” any more.

of any of the group of the ppl that could have have said hell no to supporting the u.s. in ww2 it would have been the indians. but they did serve i have a great deal of respect for them.

I do not know what my life or lack of has to do with this conversation

So true. For the record, I’m smiling and enjoying the humorous moment.

@rebel12121 talk about needing to read history. custer split his force of over 600 men into 3 groups, left his heavy weapons behind. even with full regiment he was still outnumbered 3 /1. he was a brevit maj. gen during the civil war, he held a command that required higher rank than he held at the time (brevit promotion). the war ended his proper rank was reinstated. peacekeeping? there mission was to force the sioux onto the reservation. maybe a trip to the black hills is in order for you

  22. MrRJDB1969

Well, I have some indian blood in me, but I’m also Irish, French, & German as well and history is, what history is, so let it be . There were wrongs on both the “white” & “indian” sides. General Custer was a great leader, who was out- numbered greatly , but he would’nt have been defeated other wise. Enough of the politically correct crap already. Anyone sick of hearing how bad white people are, and how wonderful every other nationality is ?? For the record…”racism comes in every color !!
