I put the bearings in acetone before I put the lubricant on.

50% alcohol means the other 50% is water. water = rust

trucks for downhill i dont know but i have a landyachtz battleaxe 2012 wich is a cruising carving board and i have my trucks very loose only so about mabye 4millimeters of little like ridged thing the bolt goes on is showing. this gets u fast turns and is very helpful

Yo before u lube up da bearings soak em in rubbin alcohol for a haf hour

@perfectmistakes666 I am certainly using abec7 they are okay and it’s stock board I recommend going to your friend who has been riding for awhile and ask them what set you should use and depending on what your using it for is the type of bearings you should use

i just got my longboard from nordboards and i dont think it was assembled right..
only one wheel moves freely, and when i tried to loosen the bolt on the other wheels they still did not move as fast as the one wheel… the wheels that i loosened the bolt on got so loose that they even moved back and forth on the truck.
does that mean that the wheels were not put on the truck itself correctly? how do i fix this?
i want the wheels to move the same and fast like the origina

just my point of view, but if im going for some serious downhill action, i will really get something that i know it won’t pop out in the middle of like some crazy blazing fast rolling… Long live bones swiss ceramic, i have so much peace in mind when i use them lmfao O_o, other bearing works fine, but i have never get so much peace in mind before :D, those are like industructable, you can not clean them for like a year and it will still roll like brand new reds or something, it wont die!!GOSK8!
