Barney Google was telling Jughaid the truth-as he remembered it.If his race-horse Sparky won a race,Barney was living high on the hog.If Sparky lost,he was dodging creditors and raising money daily,going from town to town.(There was a time when Barney and Sparky swam the English Channel.)
