I agree; although I actually think that this is a better song, his older theme was more appropriate as entrance music.

The Stars an Bars is the greatest flag that has ever flown over the United States of America, it has never been flown on any American slave ship, that dubious title belongs to Yankee flag the Stars an Strips,an thats the fact Jack!

Yes your right they can be remembered on private property or a museum. In my opinion a state shouldn’t raise this flag, but if they choose to that’s their choice. I feel the confederate flag is flown more as a sign of rebellion or as a symbol for more power to the states. The people who raise the confederate flag as a symbol of more power to the states are horrible at marketing. They need to separate themselves from slavery to ever get any attention or they will always be seen as racist.

The federal government has no authority to tell the state which flag to fly. Its a state matter. The fact is if you wanted to raise a Nazi flag at your house you could. America has a history of protecting freedom even if it seems unworthy to most of us. Just look up the “Nazi-Skokie Controversy”. If the supreme court ruled another way it would have destroyed the first amendment and what would we be left with? Nothing worth protecting!

Private property or not, the State still has power over your property and must use the Governing powers that are bestowed by Federal Law. The Rebel Flag is not part of The Union and therefore must not Fly as a symbol of anything American.
The flag clearly displays Southern pride but pride of unlawful things used to hurt others.

The Confederate Flag should fly, people died for that flag and they deserve to be remembered. if a person doesn’t like the flag, THAN DONT FUCKING LOOK!!!!
